7th European REUSE Conference

On September 24th, Reloop – in association with the European Association of Beverage Wholesalers (CEGROBB), the Environmental Action Germany (Deutsche Umwelthifle e.V.), and the Association of Small and Independent Breweries in Europe (S.I.B.) – hosted the 7th European REUSE Conference. The aim of the conference was to examine how reuse systems can be successfully implemented and explore policies and opportunities to build new reusable packaging pooling platforms in Europe. Reloop’s CEO Clarissa Morawski spoke about the state of refillable bottles around the world, including a closer look at the data and trends in several countries. In addition to key notes by high-level representatives from the EU Commission, Parliament, and Council, the program included panel discussions on topics such as binding targets for reusable packaging and best practice cases of reuse and refillable systems in Europe.
