Following the success of last year’s tour, Reloop’s Reuse Tour 2024 will continue our mission to foster knowledge sharing and highlight cutting-edge reuse initiatives in Europe.
Participants from six U.S. cities will embark on a six-day journey through Denmark and Germany, exploring how cities can lead the way in advancing reuse systems. The tour will feature:
- Insightful site visits showcasing operational European reuse systems for packaging.
- Live demonstrations of innovative solutions, offering a hands-on experience of the future of reuse.
- Engaging workshops tackling key operational and regulatory challenges, with perspectives from both Europe and the U.S.
The 2024 tour aims to provide U.S. city representatives with a robust framework for implementing reuse strategies in their own jurisdictions. With a focus on city-led action, this year’s event will emphasise the power of cities to drive the next big wave in reuse, encouraging participants to bring back actionable insights to promote sustainable systems at home.
