IPSOS 2023 survey on beverage deposit system – Reloop France

Sondage IPSOS 2023 sur la consigne des boissons_Reloop France

The IPSOS survey conducted by Reloop France in March 2023 showed that the French strongly support the implementation of a deposit return scheme for beverage containers (plastic bottles, cans, cartons, and reusable glass bottles).

The study found that 92% of French citizens are in favor of such a system, with a majority expressing a preference for reusable glass bottles. The survey also revealed that French citizens are motivated to participate in a deposit return scheme due to its environmental benefits and the possibility of receiving their refund for returned containers.
